Greiffjord's Diplomatic Mission, led by Mark Atuqtuaq has come to Bukeurom-san in The Dominion of Mephistophilia to discuss about the possibility of opening diplomatic relationship for both nations.

"Greetings, Ambassador Mark Atuqtuaq. Welcome to our capitol, Bukoreum-san and our nation of Mephistophelia. We did not expect your arrival at all, it comes at us as a surprise. I hope your flight is all good and well," states Foreign Affairs Minister, Yi Aisin Gioro.

The bespeckled elderly gentlemen ignores the mistaken pronunciation and proceeds to beckon Mr. Atuqtuq to the roundtable, calling upon other diplomats to join him.

The Foreign Affairs Minister after twiddling his fingers across the desk for a good minute and simply says, "We accept your proposal." He stands up and leaves the room hobbling towards the exit with his wooden cane. He mutters to a nearby diplomat by the door, "You are Ambassador for Greiffjord, serve well."

"Hello, I am Lee Danbi, new Ambassador to Greiffjord. I guess we've allocated some land, a parcel of three acres in Taipei, right on Embassy Road near the Presidential Palace of Taiwan. We would request the same, the construction of a Mephistophelian Embassy of three acres in your newly acquired territory- Novaya Zemlya. That is all, thank you." with a deep bow, the new Ambassador also runs away into the hall on her way to the airport to Greiffjordic Greenland.

"Help yourself to the rice cakes and custard pies", an assistant says. As all of the diplomats disperse.

Greiffjord's Ambassador, Mark Atuqtuaq, tilting his head slightly.

"It's very uncommon for an Embassy to be built so far from the nation capital, in which it makes me wonder on what will happen should I need urgently to speak to your leader, or your ambassador need urgently to speak to our?" said Mark Atuqtuaq, "we, nevertheless will arrange for such systems should you wish too, as we will provide three acres of land in the newly built regional capital of Novaya Zemlya for the construction of Mephistophelian Embassy,"

"I feel there is no rush for quick diplomatic closeness. Our approach is simply that of the story of your turtle and the hare. To rush relationships is only a disastrous brew, we take slow strides but great ones and hope that it will last. In time, we shall build embassies through our true capitals- for Taipei is not our capital either as Novaya Zemlya is now yours. There are also beliefs that capitals remain large targets, in times of war, it's safer that our embassies are away from the national capital. And since they're both faraway islands, it is very safe using this rationale." states the calm, elderly statesman as he sips his cup of Assam milk tea.
