NAAN Response to 5years's Imperialism

Sadly, it has come to this. 5years's imperialism has grown out of hand. He has taken almost all of central Africa and needs to be stopped. These actions have made people distrust 5years. Also, these actions are intolerable. This thread hereby states that all of NAAN has a casus belli to liberate all African natives that are stationed in 5years. This also states that once the war is won, all African colonies are confiscated and returned to the natives. Now, I am asking NAAN to not declare war individually, but as a group. Only together can we defeat the horrors of imperialism. If you have any objections to this casus belli, state them here.

We have no official relations with NAAN, but as personal diplomatic partners established between Prumerica and Mephistophelia, earlier on. Mephistophelia will be able to contribute peacekeeping forces (up to 20,000 enlisted men of The People's Arbitration Forces of Mephistophelia, 100 BTR 80-M Armoured Personnel Carriers from the Mongol Division, 10 MiG-29S KPAF Fighter Jets, the CNS Liaoning (CV-16) Aircraft Carrier, and 20 ROKAF CH-47 Chinook Helicopters (for evacuation and transport))

In addition, we will send any logistical support and military attaches/advisers, food supplies and our renown General Park Daewang, all of these provisions were to be used in our aborted invasion of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, and will now be redirected for the use of your liberation of Africa from 5years.

We will lend as much support in the campaign in the hopes that we may be able to work in the region and the granting of oil, natural gas, and mining rights in the Congo or Prumerican Morocco and the Western Sahara, for a two-year lease period after the war. Or the interest-free loan of our peacekeeping forces, equipment, and supplies to the campaign which will be paid in full in the following two years after the war.

Your terms are accepted. We will allow you after the war to mine in the Congo or Prumerican Morocco and the Western Sahara for two years.

They are en route now, we know 20,000 soldiers may be minimal support for now. But if the war further escalates, we will increase peacekeeping operations to as much as 10000% (2 million PAFoM forces), if need be, and that's still a small fraction of our military. We will land in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in Unclaimed Territory within 12 hours to pacify the warzone from the East, and two hours from our landing in Addis Ababa we will reach Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania in the Occupied Territories. Our Aircraft Carrier, the CNS Liaoning left Hainan Port and will reach Dar Es Salaam in 14 days which by then the Occupied Territories may be liberated. We will regroup with any of the NAAN militaries (if you liberate from the Western Occupied Territories) when we reach Lake Tanganyika and the halfway point in Rwanda and Burundi.
