NAAN, Beierpakt, and 5years Peace Negotiations

Prumerica's elected monarch and founder of NAAN, Erik Schmidt, walks into the room with armed guards,
"We request that in this peace, you will cede all of your African holdings to the natives. If you decline this, then we will be forced into a state of war with your country. The results of that war would not be pretty. Please consider this peace offer. Good day!"
After hearing the answer Erik walks out of the room, his armed guards following.

Uh... Can we negotiate a different deal?

Erik walks back into the room,
"What would be in your peace deal?"
Erik listens for an answer.

5 years. This is what I propose. You give up your most recent expansion in Africa (the one that went unchallenged) and in return, that land is turned into a protected state that you are in control of. That land will be for the indigenous and local people of Africa that do not wish to be colonized. It will still be considered the land of 5 Years, but it will be semi-autonomas. I would like to hear what all parties think? I would also propose that no existing nation will be allowed to expand into Africa as well.

Ya I see now. It seems as if this isn't your first bout at causing trouble in the region. The first day I came in there was a whole debate over some war you started. How can we guarantee a halt in expansion (not just in Africa). This doesn't mean that you are allowed to keep your African colonies.

But what about Zex and the United Kingdom Dependences? His nation Is in Africa. However could I have the area along the coast for settlers only.The rest no settlers allowed.

This is reasonable. How far inland would you need? Let us see wha the rest of the nations think, but I do not see a problem with this.

100 miles inland from the coast of your African claim is basically Equatorial Guinea's entirety and its eastern border is the start of the demarcation line of true control, roughly the coastal provinces to the very southwestern province of Angola bordering the United Kingdom Dependencies' northern border of Namibia.

I change my whole position on my claim. I want to keep my existing claim. While the Central African Republic, Kenya, and Tanzania become protectives. Plus I will no longer expand. Deal?

I don't think you should have any sort of claim on the land you tried to take.

You should be able to keep your original African territories though.

Yeah I am saying that I should keep my current claim ( the claims that were unchallenged). While the Central African Republic Kenya and Tanzania should become protectives. In those protectives the native can do what ever they want under my rule. There will be no settlers in the protectives.
