Operation Siberia est nobis!

Here is my Reason. Tsar Engelbert III is old. He,truly,wanted,since from childhood unite The Slavic,german and nordic people into a country. Now,old,he knows he wont fully acomplish it,he says
"If i cannot do it,i may help it at least."

I am opposed to this expansion, it would make you the 2nd largest landmass on the world and I am sure the rest of the pax romana would join me in war against you should you choose to continue.

No it wont. Also i have a PEACE TREATY. I wont be in war with Anyone!
Also,what can landmass help if it is unabitted? Russia is BIG but its not powerful.

There is no justification for this expansion. Withdraw your forces and withdraw your request. Peace treaties are only good if nations don't push the boundaries of peace.
