Agattu Declares War on 5Years

Agattu has declared war on 5 years and launched a devastating, surprise cruise missile attack on key infrastructure locations in the capitol of 5Years (see RMB Post).  Before the war can begin, we must agree on rules.  I will state the rules below and would like the nations participating to agree to follow them.  I also request that all nations state their position if they join the war or wish to comment.

1). No Nukes

2). No unrealistic weapons or non-exisiting weapons systems i.e. space laser canon

3). Military movements must be specific and realistic. For example, 1). I can not respond to an attack in iceland with 5 million troops and then also attack Florida with 7 million troops while also blockading all of Asia. 2). I move 5,000 troops, 150 M1A1 Tanks, 250 Armored vehicles, 70 Artillery guns and 25 Helicopters into location A.  that allows for the defender to send his troops against you.  

4).  Each nation can post one troop movement a day. This movement can be multiple forces around the country, but you cannot move troops at 8AM, noon and 7PM.

5).  After you have made your movements, you can attack.  You can post one attack movement a day.  The battle is not over until the person being attacked has had a chance to respond/counter attack.  

6).  Battles are won based on specificity of troops being used, type of equipment and situation around the world.  It is expected that each member of a battle agree to the outcome of the battle.  If they cannot, a moderator must be asked to determine the outcome.  It is expected that each player will look at the realistic chances and act accordingly.  Example, 5Years lands 1 Infantry Division in Iceland (~20,000 men.) with tanks and armored vehicles. Agattu has 5,000 troops in defensive positions through the island.  There is no way I can repel the battle at this moment, but I can send reinforcements and even if I don't, 5Years will loose a lot of people.

7).  Prior to the start of the war we must list how many soldiers we have, how many ships and how many aircraft. This should be realistic based on your nations stats.

.  Warriors must keep track of their losses and their recruitments.

First action of the war. Surprise attack on capitol of 5Years. As this is a surprise attack it is expected that damage will be severe on the 5years side. This is the proposed attack.

cruise missile armed submarines have launched their respective payload and destroyed the HQ of the 5Years military, intelligence agency HQ, the main radio and TV stations of the capitol city, the water treatment facility of the capitol, three of the power plants feeding the main city, several roadways in and out of the city, the harbor masters office in the port and finally we have damaged the main runways at the main international and military bases in the vicinity of the capitol. At this moment the government of 5Years is without power, water, transportation, communication and a command structure.

Once the rules are agreed upon, we can laugh our first military movements of the war.

I have a small fleet in the Hudson Bay.
I have a North Atlantic Fleet off the coast of Iceland and a South Atlantic Fleet off the coast of Nova Scotia.

Solomon is located at modern day Anchorage.

I have 7,000 troops in Iceland (mixed ground forces)
175,00 troops in Eastern Canada (mixed ground forces)

With the fleet I have I have 125,000 Marines split up between Nova Scotia, Iceland and Alaska

I have 3 air bases in Alaska
1 Air base in Ontario on Lake superior
I have 1 air base in Quebec
I have 1 air base in Nova Scotia
I have three air bases in the Newfoundland/Labrador Region
I have an airfield on Baffin Island
I have 1 airbase on Iceland
I also have at least 1 satellite Air Station in each provence/state/nation I currently control
The Capitol of Iceland, Reykjavik, is my second city and capitol of the east
I have a Reserve force of 1.1 million soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines
I have mandatory military service - since creation
I have a conscription force of 750,000 soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines
I also have a very stout police/Gendarmerie force of 5.5 million men and women. All have had prior military experience and all can be called up as an occupation force once land has been taken.
We are the Catholic Holy empire on the map - we may be able to draw religious fighters to help our cause
My total military force consists of +3.5 million personal. not including Police/Gendarmerie.
Total immediate force - +8 million
Total population 799 million.

I request everyone post something similar and remember, this is the beginning of the war, those that did not plan on it or initiate it should have troops more in peacetime locations.

Do you know I have 80 million troops. Plus I have a police force of 40 million. Plus I can draft up to 400 million people.

So if they are combined together I have 520 million people fighting for me!

I have started a draft to recruit to somewhere around 10 millions troops and set production to war goods, I must have some time to prepare, then I will declare on 5years.

Alos, I will be positioning my navy in the Mormon Pacific isles, I have 10 battleships, 5 carriers, 20 frigates, and 50 corvettes,

Please give a pre-war location of troops to Prumerica.

My men are scattered across the country protecting the oil fields, but I have about 5 million men and the bulk of my irregulars facing the Prumerican border. The Royal Air Force is based in Saudis Arabia, and my fleet is located in the Red Sea.

I sent the location to Prumerica. Just like all other nations should.

c'mon guys, lets keep the numbers realistic. China has 1.3 billion people and only 3.2 million people in the armed service and paramilitary. I can understand a little more than standard, but 30 million in the armed forces is a little ridiculous just as 520 million. Let's be reasonable and fair and get this war started.

We could do Prumerica's suggestion of 5% of our total population.it might be a smidge more realistic XD
