5years Surrenders to the Agattan Alliance (Again)

Agattu has requested that I draft this treaty. Joining forces with his alliance, I would like to present a plan to rehabilitate the nation of 5years.

I. 5years shall be prohibited from using its armed forces to attack other nations or expand its territory for two months (2 RP years)
II. 5years will jointly be occupied by Nova Hansa, Agattu, Great Georgianian, and Marxist Bavaria for two months (2 RP years).
III. The new 5years government shall be set up by the occupants listed above, and this government shall be free to make decisions, albeit with the consent of the occupants.
IV. The occupants may build military bases in 5years.
V. The city of Sakavia, which has not been targeted in the war and is directly neighboring Skarten, shall be designated as the new capital of 5years.
